What happens after they buy
From "I'm in" to a live profile.
One path, start to finish. Each piece of information has exactly one source, so we never ask a contractor for something twice and never wait on them for something we can get ourselves.
Intake form
We crawl it
The call
They upload
The flow, end to end
They pay on the order form, fill a quick intake while still in signup mode, then land on the thank-you video. Solid line is the path; dotted lines are the automations around it. After the call it forks: vetting on one side, and crawl → build → their link on the other. Vetting issues the seal that clears their link to go live. Box outline color tells you the source (same as the legend). Click a box with a link for its detail page.
Everything we need, and when we collect it
| What we need | Where it comes from | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Legal name, DBA, address, phone, email | Order form | Captured at checkout, during the purchase |
| License numbers, type/class, insurance | Quick intake | Right after checkout; self-reported, verified by us at vetting |
| Service areas (cities/counties) | Quick intake | Confirmed on the call |
| Services they offer | Quick intake | Deepened on the call |
| Website + every social URL + Google profile | Quick intake | So we crawl before the call |
| Reviews: count, rating, customer language, praise, worries | We crawl it | We read what customers say, we do not ask them to recite it |
| Logo, headshot, general job photos | We crawl it | Pulled from their site and socials |
| Case study photos (before/during/after + a sentence) | They upload | The only thing they owe us |
| Founding story, differentiators, pricing, timelines | The call | Conversation-only |
| The one thing they want to be known for | The call | Conversation-only |
| Their edge or their guarantee | The call | Conversation-only |
| The customer moment (when someone decides they want THIS) | We derive it | From their reviews + the recording. We do not make them dig for it. |
